There is a queen size bed and two single beds up stairs in (one room) with a divider for privacy between the queen size bed and single beds, and a pull out double sofa bed down stairs in the living room for the 5th person. This is the ideal place to stay for a family holiday or on a business trip short or long term. The Apartments have been recently refurbished and offer all the comforts of home, with a fully-self contained kitchen, bathroom and laundry. There is on site car parking with public transport in close proximity.

The Apartments are 4 mins/3.5km from St John's Hospital. As you travel towards the city you will pass the Cascade Brewery where tours are available on a daily basis. There are restaurants and shops in the South Hobart area. It is a 9 minute drive to Salamanca Market and the Hobart Waterfront, where River cruises depart for sight seeing of the scenic Derwent River. Apartments on Strickland are close to all Conference venues including Wrest Point Hotel Casino and Hotel Grand Chancellor.

The Tattersalls Hobart Aquatic Centre, Domain Tennis Centre and the Athletic Centre are all situated on the Domain which is a 10 minute drive.
